As the founder of One Voice Leadership and the creator of the M.A.T.C.H. Executive Coaching system, Rodney built a bespoke methodology that does not apply a generic framework to every leader. Every engagement starts with the person in front of him: their challenges, their blind spots, their next level. That commitment to individualized development is what separates his coaching from everything else in the market.

Over more than three decades, Rodney has delivered keynotes, workshops, and training programs for executives, corporate teams, faith-based organizations, and community leaders across the country. He is a Maxwell Leadership Certified Executive Program Leader, a certified DISC Behavioral Analyst, and a trained facilitator in High Road Leadership and servant leadership frameworks. He is also a Live2Lead affiliated host, bringing world-class leadership content to audiences in Oklahoma City.
