How many people are in the Mastermind Group?

How does the Mastermind application process work?

Submit your application. Rodney reviews it personally. If there is a fit, you are invited to a brief conversation before a seat is offered. Not every application is accepted.

Do I need prior coaching with Rodney to join?

No. Both programs are open to qualified leaders regardless of prior experience with Rodney. The application or enrollment process is the qualifying step.
